A pound of side will feed 4 people at a 4 oz serving, a person eats about 1.5 lbs of food
For dinner typically people will have 3 to 4 to choose from at 4 oz each
So one person will have on average 12oz to 16oz of sides plus a 6 oz serving of meat
Equaling 18oz to 22oz per person
All prices are for drop off without service
On site Full service available (pricing depends on size of party and length of service) We also offer foam plates, napkins, quality plastic ware's and napkins for 1.25 per person.
A 3% charge of total bill if paying with credit card. Prices do not include gratuity or taxes. If outdoor kitchen set-up is required for no kitchen on premises visit our outdoor kitchen page. To secure a date for catering a 500.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold date. A contract must be signed and we will discuss venue and menu. Then 2 weeks before event we will finalize any changes at that time.
